Happy Birthday Eric!!

Eric turned 18 today WOOOOO! I can't even believe it! I always try to make a special something for the birthday boy and I knew ice cream cake would be the way to Eric's heart. I did a ton of research on ice cream cake creations and finally found the most perfect recipe that was easy and fun which can be located here! It was a pretty great success and Eric (including myself) loved it. YUM!!
