Crockpot Cookin

New apartment means WOW I NEED TO BUY EVERYTHING IN KOHLS AND TARGET RIGHT NOW. But wait, I need to budget and save money. What is a budget....? My first appliance purchase was a 3 qt crockpot from Kohls with Kohls Cash (sweet and brilliant invention) and I've been using my moms crockpot to practice my skills and approve of certain recipes for our new place. Tonight I decided on a Chicken Burrito Bowl crockpot style. 

I tried to follow the recipe as closely as possible, but drifted away a little bit since I decided to throw everything into the crockpot at once and serve the rice later. Topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream (if preferred). Thanks to the recipe found here!

Happy Halloween! This year was filled with amazing costume ideas, spooky events and birthday celebrations for Courtney!

Night 1: we went to Adelphias in Deptford which is a nice nightclub/banquet/catering/restaurant company. We were the dancing girl emojis... How PERFECT!

Night 2: Courtney's birthday and Atlantic City extravaganza, we decided to be Angels and a devil. Natural.

Night 3: SIMS!! Our best idea we've ever had... People were asking to take pictures with us the whole night even though some people weren't sure what we were. We even got tagged on Facebook. Added our own pin to Pinterest too!
